This item is Brand New, however the box was not factory sealed so I opened it to verify contents (instructions, etc) and of course clumsy me made a slight tear in the box - see pic!  So it is sold as open box condition.

From a smoke and pet free home.
All items have been kept inside the house in a closet.
All items will be mailed out USPS first class/Priority mail or FedEx home delivery within 24 hours of receipt of payment - Same day if possible - Paid for items I want to get shipped to you as quickly as possible.  Items are always packaged with extra care to protect them.
