    Presidential Portrait Rutherford B Hayes. 17 by 13. Overall very nice shape.nice copy of Hayes signature.. Has nice insert on back . Back paper has tears but will display nicely. Hayes was President from 1876-1880. He ended Reconstruction and some say it was a trdeoff to get support to break the tie in the House as to whom would be president. Very close election against the Democrats. Others say that but not for the Battle of the Little Big Horn, George Custer may have become President. Hayes was overwhelmed by petty politics and was not supported for a second term. Great conversation piece. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
