Clinton's ink signature appears in the upper left corner. This brilliant, crisp 2009 .00 Bill (Serial Number D 00795020 *) is a star (*) note and was issued by the Federal Reserve Bank - Cleveland, Ohio. This is exceptionally rare and extremely hard to find. The bills are in excellent vintage condition, with no tears, wear, blemishes or defects of any kind.
