  • Condition: Copy 1 has a crease from top to bottom with some wear along the crease on several pages. Minor edge wear. Copy 2 has large creases on both outside corners and edge wear. The spine is split from the top and bottom about 2 inches. Copy 3 has the cover taped at the spine and the cover is separated from the booklet. There is a name written at the top of page 3 and a name and address label on page 13. There is edge wear with dents, dings, small tears and creases on the corners. The booklets may have a slight odor about them as they have been stored.
