Antique Coronation Cord
and
Thread for Tatting and Crochet
Early 1900's
Vintage
You will be getting everything in the first photo.
Bucilla Coronation Cord/Braid
made in Germany.
I am guessing there is about 65 yards
I do not want to remove them from
their original packs to measure them.
If you look at the last photo, they are in groups.
They seem to be mostly  full.
The 2 and 3 piece groups are all
connected.
It seems they would cut them apart
depending on how much you needed.
Each pack had 6 yards originally.
So the 3 piece groups can be a  18 yards total .
As long as it was not started.
This was used to crochet on to make beautiful open lace like work.
collars, baby caps, hankie edges.
The last photo is a one sample of how it is used.
there are many beautiful ways to sure it.
