    Antique Copper Hand Hammered Hanging Fireplace Cauldron Kettle Pot. This beautiful rare pot is from the late 1700's or very early 1800's.
    It is hand hammered and hand forged with great details and quality. Please look at the photos closely to see the craftsmanship. It was used for cooking over a fire with a ring at the top to thread through a handle or pole. It is in very good condition for its age! The bottom has a couple dents, but there are no cracks or chips. Please see the photos as they are part of the description and to assess condition.     The pot measures approximately 7" wide at the widest part. The opening at the top is about 5" wide and the pot is approximately 4" tall, excluding the handle. With the handle straight up the overall height is about 12" from the base to the top of the ring.
