Condition: It’s near mint. There’s very little wear to the cover and the colors are clean and bright. There’s some minor edge wear at the corners and a little more at the lower right where it would have been slid into storage. I played the records and they’re bright and shiny with no snaps, crackles, pops or scratches. A very clean sound! The book is pristine save for some soft handling crease along the bottom caused by a very attentive 7-year-old owner. The record sleeves are in perfect shape with no tears, splits or stains. There’s a gift inscription on the first page of the book along with a heart-shaped sticker which only adds to the charm of the album. The back page of the booklet has some acid-staining caused by its contact with the record sleeves. All in all, a very beautiful presentation copy. NO mildew odor!

Other performers are Winston Hibler, Norman Leyden & Paul Smith. Read the story. Look at the pictures. Listen to the story. An early mass-market, multi-media experience. A Little Nipper storybook album by RCA no. Y-399 produced in 1949. This is a two-record set with 10-inch records in sleeves along with 24-page full color booklet.
